Much to blog about, a lot of fun pictures on Facebook. Mostly want to say that the ct scan went well. Big relief was that I fit! Luckily they're made a lot differently than they used to be like this picture that was on the wall. They are a lot more open now a days.
Should get the results Monday.
It didn't take long at all compared to scans, more like x rays. Three hold your breaths and it was done. The staff was great, especially the tech, sense of humour and everything!
The hardest part of being at Mac is seeing the little kids coming in for treatment. Didn't see any little ones in our waiting room, hoping where they go is a lot more cheerful. Saw one little Downs dude come in in a stroller at the main entrance when I first came in. Not looking so cheerful then but I saw him again when he was leaving and he was waving good bye to everyone like a happy celebrity.
It wasn't fun to drink two very large containers of warm liquid before the test but it really only tasted like water so it could have been worse!
My friend Susan and I had a good day even without having fish tank cocktails!
