Today I met with Sheena my physiotherapist for the first time. She's very nice and agrees that until we get the go ahead from the surgeon next week to start bending there's not a lot to be done except work on straightening which had always been the tougher of the two for me.
To that end I'm trying to leave my brace on as much as this sudden heat wave will allow. I've started watching Downton Abby and identified strongly with the scene where the chap throws his brace/instrument of torture into the lake.
Must remember to do that someday.
Karen put her creative talents to work and fashioned me a velcro handled holder for my picc line bag. Works a treat!
Maybe I could get a paper route someday!
