Peanut butter cup bark

My chocolate of choice was the bulk barn peanut butter cups Annette found after Halloween that I've kept in the freezer.

If I was making this for myself there would be almonds or something but this is for the kids so I went with potato chips. It's also a small way of including ML as she and Caleb and Emily enjoyed making chocolate dipped chips.

Time to make a broccoli salad to try for a little balance!
